Wisconic Welcomes Elton Rivas as Our Head of Direct-to-Consumer and Ecomm Brands.

Mr Rivas has entered the MRCA and Wisconic team at a critical time, bringing with him a breadth of knowledge and experience in Direct-to-Consumer goods. We asked him his take on where he sees his efforts for future growth of goods we manufacture and distribute: "I believe that consumers are shaping the way that businesses transform – whereas in the past, businesses have shaped consumer desires. This will ultimately disrupt the way that manufacturing produces goods for the world.

Throughout his journey, Elton is most thankful for the opportunity to lead teams through the startup and scale-up lifecycle (for large enterprises, as well as new initiatives/divisions and startups alike) from idea to validation, traction, scale, and ultimately, handoff/exit, including extensive experience in M&A, brand acquisitions, and operations. "As a person, in a professional sense, I am a strategist who can take an idea from zero to scale. I bring a deep playbook on execution; go-to-market strategy/tactics and developing/supporting talented teams through leadership.”

Currently, he’s working on ventures at the intersection of durable, perennial consumer goods and technology in manufacturing and consumer brands. AI at the core, enabling speed that has never been at our fingertips like it is now.
